Checking an Organization’s Activity

Org-wide analytics are only available to users with the ‘Owner’ role inside of pclub.io (for more information, see the User Roles section). Org-wide Analytics allow Owners to understand what their reps are doing in the pclub.io app.

Go to https://app.pclub.io/organizations/mine or click your avatar/initials in the upper right corner, to open a dropdown and then click Organization to navigate to the organization page.

Click the Analytics navigation link on the left-hand menu. From there, search the name of the course you’d like to view analytics for. 

Once you find the course you want to view the analytics for, click it. From there you can view progress for each user by Last Activity Date, Course Progress percentage, and Knowledge Check Progress. Click on any given individual to see a full breakdown of what they have completed inside of the course. A green slash through a specific item indicates completion. 

If you click one of the dots for a user in the Knowledge Check Progress section you’ll be brought to a list of their previous attempts, including the most recent, and can then click the dots again to see what they answered, and the correct answer.

Checking a Team’s Activity

Team-level Analytics are available to Owners and Team Managers. Team analytics allow owners and managers to understand what reps are doing in the pclub.io app.
