Creating a Team

If you would like to view your analytics in the context of your organization’s structure, you can set up Teams inside of pclub.io. Teams can only be created by an organization admin.

From the home page at https://app.pclub.io click Teams

When you first setup your organization there will be no teams, but you can add one by clicking Create New Team

Type the name of the new team and click Save

As you create teams, they will appear on your screen in alphabetical order. There is no functionality to nest teams in parent-child relationships, however users can belong to multiple teams.

To add users to your team, you can click either Click here to add members or the Add members icon.

Adding Members to a Team

This can only be done by an organization admin.

From the home page at https://app.pclub.io click Teams

And then click the Add Members icon

From there, type the names or emails of the user’s you’d like to add to the team and click Add member. Users can belong to multiple teams. Users are not notified when they are added to teams.

Note: Only users who have accepted their invitations can be added to teams. Any ‘pending’ users will not be available from the dropdown list.

User Roles

There are three ‘roles’ inside of pclub.io:

  1. Owner | Admins to the organization's pclub.io account. Owners have full access and visibility. They manage the invites, team structures, and analytics. There is no limit to how many owners can be on an account.

  2. Team Manager | Have a purview to their assigned team inside of pclub.io. Managers can view who is on their team and the analytics for those users. There can be multiple managers per team.

  3. Member | A learner on pclub.io. Have no visibility into analytics– they only engage in learning content.

Assigning a User to be a Team Manager

First, it’s important to note that you can have multiple managers per team.

From the home page at https://app.pclub.io click Teams

Then click Actions next to the member that you’d like to remove, and click Assign Team Manager.

From there you should be able to see a success message in the upper right hand corner, and the user’s newly added Team Manager icon

To remove a user as a team manager, do the same, but click Unassign Team Manager rather than Assign.

Removing Members from a Team

Users can be removed from a team inside of pclub.io due to organizational changes or other role changes. Owners and Team Managers on the pclub.io plan can remove members from teams. Managers can only remove users from their own team, however.

Removing users from a team does not remove the user from your organization.

From the home page at https://app.pclub.io click Teams

Then click Actions next to the member that you’d like to remove, and click Remove Member. You will be prompted to confirm this action. Click Continue.

Checking a Team’s Activity

Team-level Analytics are available to Owners and Team Managers. Team analytics allow owners and managers to understand what reps are doing in the pclub.io app.

From the home page at https://app.pclub.io click Teams

From there click the accordion button to expand the team you’d like to look at.

From the accordion, And you can then view the Last Activity which indicates when the user last took an action in the app, and Course, which indicates which course the last activity was associated with.

To view more details about a specific learner and their usage, you can then click in on a user-row to see their individual course progression.

If you would prefer to see a breakdown of usage by course rather than user. You can also click the Analytics icon next to the team name.

Then, type the name of course you’d like to view user progress on, and click it to view the course level analytics for users on the team.

From there you can view progress for each user on the team, by Last Activity DateCourse Progress percentage, and Knowledge Check Progress.

If you click one of the dots for a user in the Knowledge Check Progress section you’ll be brought to a list of their previous attempts, including the most recent, and can then click the dots again to see what they answered, and the correct answer.
