Inviting Users

Go to https://app.pclub.io/organizations/mine or click your avatar/initials in the upper right corner. From the dropdown that appears, click Organization to navigate to the organization page.

From there you can view a list of all users on your account, your remaining seats, and Add Members

To add members, click the Add Members button. Type or paste in the list of emails for individuals to invite, and press Invite. 


If you are out of seats and would like to purchase more, please contact your Account Executive. 

To view the status of invites you’ve sent, use the left hand nav to navigate to the Invites page


From there you can see the list of Accepted, Pending, Expired, and Canceled invites.


  • Accepted: Members have accepted the invitation and created their account.This are current users on your account.

  • Pending: The user has been sent an invitation, but has not accepted the invitation and created an account. These users are ones you may want to re-invite

  • Expired: More than 30 days have passed since being invited, and their invitation has expired. They need to be sent a new invitation.

  • Canceled: Invitations that have been canceled by an admin.



Resending an Invitation

If a user has not accepted their invitation (and it’s been more than 24 hours since the initial invitation was sent out) then you can resend an invite. This will send a new email to the user and encourage them to finish their account set up. 


To resend an invite, navigate to the Pending tab. Any user that can have an invite resent to them will have a checkbox next to their email address. Select that box and click “Resend Invites”. 

Canceling an Invitation

Canceling an invitation can be used to revoke the right of a user to use the email they were sent to create an account. They will no longer be able to set up an account. Note: this will not remove the invitation from their email inbox! This will invalidate their ability to actually accept the invite. 


This can be done if an incorrect email address was used.


Go to https://app.pclub.io/organizations/mine or click your avatar/initials in the upper right corner, to open a dropdown and then click Organization to navigate to the organization page.

Click to go to the Invites page

And click Pending to see the list of pending invites

From there click the green Cancel button, on the invite you’d like to cancel.

You’ll be asked to confirm. Click Yes to confirm, and cancel the invite.

Removing Users

Removing users is designed to allow you to offboard users that are no longer with your organization.


Go to https://app.pclub.io/organizations/mine or click your avatar/initials in the upper right corner, to open a dropdown and then click Organization to navigate to the organization page.


Click Actions next to the member you’d like to remove, and from there click Delete


From there you’ll be asked to confirm that you’d like to Delete member - which you’ll click to proceed.


From there you’ll see the flash in the upper right corner indicating your success.
