How to Update Your Subscription
If you need to update or cancel your subscription on PClub.io, follow these steps:
1. Access Your Account:
- Go to pclub.io.
- Click on the account icon located at the top right corner of the page.
- Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.
2. Navigate to Billing:
- In the Settings section, click on "Billing".
- Under Active Subscriptions, you will see your current subscriptions listed.
3. Cancel Your Subscription:
- To cancel, click the three dots to the right of the subscription you want to cancel.
- Select "Cancel Subscription" from the options provided.
Note: Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions. If you decide to cancel your monthly subscription, you will have access to your courses until the end of the billing period. After cancellation, if you wish to resubscribe, you'll need to purchase a new subscription.
4. Update Your Credit Card Information:
- Still in the Billing section, under "Saved Credit Cards", click on the option to manage your credit cards.
- Update your credit card details as needed.
5. Download Your Receipts:
- To view and download receipts, go back to the Settings section.
- Click on "Purchase History".
- At the bottom right, click "View All" to see all transactions.
- Select "Download" next to the receipt you wish to save.
